We store our camper here. I've used other places around here, but not anymore! We are staying right here at Anchor Bay. They are the best!
I've kept my boat here since September of 2001 and have always been really happy with everything. At the time it was the best pricing around for what we needed and offered great perks like ice, wash area, air etc. I've been in the same highly sought after fully enclosed 12x30 the entire time and have enjoyed having a the advantages of a concrete floor, insulated roof, power etc. The one thing I really miss is the smiling faces and great conversations with Herald and Gerald. It was worth going up to check on the boat just to run into them and chat and me keep working my offer to trade my boat for the GT. That deal never had legs, but it was fun trying. I miss them, but I'm still very happy with the facility.
The management and the facility is top notch!
The employees and owners here are great. I stored my boat for a little over a year. The problem is that with the covered parking, my boat looks disgusting covered with a thick layer of dirt, spider webs and bird droppings. The lot is gravel and they let semi-trucks park there. They drive too fast and kick up a ton of dirt. The storage has lights at night that attracts bugs that also bring the spiders and birds. I don't pay $160 to make my boat more dirty than when I left it. The pictures are from 1 month of covered parking.
I have had the most warm and welcoming response from everyone at Anchor Bay...this place and the staff are truly incredible!...my initial contact was with Ms Norma...what a beautiful soul she is!....she certainly put an extra ray of sunshine in my day!
