this particular store has failed to follow the simplest of directions TWICE....put the new tire on the front left was the most recent request during a rotate that they failed to comply with. didnt seem that difficult to me at the time, especially after explaining it in detail to the rep who checked my vehicle in.
prior to this, i ORDERED FROM THEIR WEBSITE, the tires that were OEM size...they put a different size tires on the vehicle....no call, no advance notice, they just did it.
CAN'T FIX STUPID
DT is awesome! Normally they're pretty backed up, just because this place is in high demand, but was driving by at around 10am today and noticed they didn't have but 1 car in the garage, so whipped in really quick for a tire rotation and was met out front by the manager who immediately pulled it around, and started the process before I was even in the door! Oh and I was out of there in under 10 min! And they shined up my tires too! Wow! Great service.
Now this kind of speed doesn't happen every time, due to the crazy amount of humans bringing in their cars, but they are always super professional and helpful. Really enjoy coming here as this is a great Tire place with awesome service from the staff. Thrilled to have them close to Lake Dallas!
Thanks to these guys for accommodating us. We had just spent 6 hours on a train, 14 hours in airports with 3 plane rides. Next was a 6 hour drive but after leaving the DFW we found a screw in our tire. After all that traveling we were just ready to be home. Luckily for us, they discovered that one of our other tires was down to the belt. They replaced all four tires for us that same day so we could be on our way. We even had some hard to find low profile run flat tires that but they still got it done. I appreciate their fast work and good customer service.
Great prices and great staff. The associates there are very helpful, they always have plenty of tires in stock to choose from, with a nice range in price. I would suggest making an appointment if you can, get you in and out quicker, I've had to go there with a flat a few times and they still got me in and out pretty quickly.
