We received an email inviting us to trade in our current Escape to the newest 2017 version at the same payment. We were skeptical but we went in and test drove, let them appraise our vehicle, went home while they ran numbers to make sure it would make sense & then filled out the app online! The deal went just as promised and was completely hassle free! I love my new Escape and our new Ford Salesman- Easy Steve Davidson! Thank You Bill Utter Ford!!!
STAY AWAY FROM THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Would give 0 stars if could. I used to love this place. My parents always bought their cars here growing up. I have multiple family friends who work here in other departments, BUT my last several experiences were absolutely horrible. The service staff including Danny the "manager" are very unapologetic about getting the runaround and mistakes on his staffs end. Portrays the the feeling it was your fault. They have no clue what customer service means. I was told certain work would fix my problem so agreed. It didn't fix the problem so $500 later had to return to find the service rep I dealt with had been let go (Surprise). Still never ended up getting the problem fixed here. I worked with the "manager" Danny for over an hour on a Friday, returned the following Monday per his instructions and he acted like he had never seen me before in my life. So bizarre I thought he was joking. His excuse was "I see a lot of people". When I explained my dissatisfaction to my Service Mgr Erin and that I was thinking of going elsewhere, her response was "Well I hope you find the resolution that your looking for".They have an argumentative nature to them. Not the people you want working on your vehicle. It its very sad that my "Hometown dealership" has deteriorated this bad over the years. Stay away. Go to Lewisville or Grapevine for the professionalism and piece of mind.

Denise did a great job walking me through my options on accessories so I could nicely equip my new Explorer. Mike made the financing process easy and straightforward. Do not waist your time buying a truck here. They run the bait and switch ads. I tried to buy a new f150 and they had 6 of them in stock. All 6 with the same options and s very low price. Lowest in the dfw area. Well it was bull! Somehow they are all sold. They waisted my time and the fake advertising is still on their website.
Just bought a new Ford Mustang from this dealership. The staff is really helpful. They answered all of my questions and worked hard to make sure I found the perfect car at a price I could afford. Unlike some other dealerships, no one was pushy. They are just really good people to work with, and seem to care that the customer is happy. I would absolutely recommend this dealership.
They play games and I would never recommend doing business with this group of people. fake advertising, lies and time waisted. I bought elsewhere
